I am destined to be a fashion designer. It’s been my dream for a good portion of my life, and I know I have what it takes to make it. My journey to where I am today started at the age of 8. My grandmother & grand-aunt were both seamstresses, so sewing runs in my blood. My grandmother was the one to teach me the basics of machine & hand sewing. That initial lesson sparked my interest in the Fashion Industry - specifically Apparel Design.

Over the years, I have discovered my passion for constructing special occasionwear. When I design and bring my creations to life, they can bring joy to others and impact their lives in innumerable ways. That in itself is a creatively positive way to contribute to the world.

Beyond design, I have also discovered a passion for teaching, mentorship, and community-building. Through experiences in childcare, leadership development, sewing instruction, and mentoring aspiring fashion students, I have seen how creativity can help people build confidence and find their voice. My long-term goal is to combine my fashion industry experience with education, creating spaces where students can learn technical skills, express themselves, and see new possibilities for their future.
